Three-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Elaborate Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "J. WEAVER," Beaver, PA, circa 1865, ovoid jar with flattened rim and applied lug handles, brush-decorated with horizontal tulip motifs below a vine. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Some staining. Otherwise excellent condition. H 11 3/4".
