One-Gallon Stoneware Milkpan with Elaborate Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1850, flaring pan with wide pouring spout and applied tab handles, brush-decorated with a swag-and-hanging-tulip motif on the front and reverse. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Cracks throughout. Losses to one handle. A large chip to opposite handle. Minor chipping to bottom edge of rim. A small chip to interior of rim. Dimensions: 9 3/4" x 5 5/8".
