Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1820s, a one-and-a-half-gallon ovoid jar with flared collar and applied lug handles, brush-decorated on the front and reverse with floral and swag motifs, paired with a three-gallon ovoid jar with floral motif on the front and reverse, attributed to Parr and Burland. Smaller jar with rim chips, a chip to proper left handle, a minor nick to proper right handle, a large base flake, and a few minor base chips. Larger jar with significant restoration throughout including underside and one handle. H (of larger) 14".
