Exceptional Large-Sized Art Pottery Vase with Chinese Blue Glaze, Stamped "JUGTOWN / WARE," Jugtown, NC origin, circa 1930, ovoid vase with footed base and ribbed, open handles, the surface decorated with a Chinese blue glaze featuring dramatic wave-like runs in turquoise and red over a light-gray ground. Albany-slip-type glaze on interior. Underside impressed with Jugtown maker's mark. Excellent condition with a minor rim chip. H 15".
