Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Northeastern U.S. origin, early 19th century, ovoid jar with footed base, heavily-tooled shoulder, and open loop handles, decorated with cobalt highlights to the handle terminals. A thin, sealed 8" crack from rim. Otherwise excellent condition. H 13".
