Two-Gallon Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jug, Stamped "TJA," Thomas J. Averett, Crawford County, GA, late 19th or early 20th century, semi-ovoid jug with tooled shoulder and flared spout, the surface covered in a streaky, olive-green alkaline glaze. Impressed with Thomas J. Averett maker's mark on handle. Excellent condition with some minor surface wear. H 14 1/2".
