Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jug, Stamped "WB," Washington Becham, Crawford County, GA, second half 19th century, squat-shaped, ovoid jug with slightly-flared spout, the surface covered in a streaky, olive-colored alkaline glaze. Impressed with Washington Becham maker's mark on handle. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 9 1/4".
