Molded Stoneware Umbrella Stand with Alligator Motif, attributed to the White's Pottery, Utica, NY, late 19th century, cylindrical form with relief decoration of an alligator with cattails, butterflies, and dragonflies. Surface coated in a Bristol slip glaze and decorated with brushed cobalt. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 20".
