Two Small Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, attributed to Henry Harrison Remmey and probably Enoch Burnett, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1830, each of cylindrical form with semi-rounded rim, the smaller with brushed leafy garland around shoulder, attributed to Henry Harrison Remmey, the larger with brushed stylized floral motifs around shoulder and rare incised "B" on underside, probably Enoch Burnett. Smaller with a few minor base chips, including a 5/8" in-the-firing chip to underside, as well as tight lines to underside, one of which extends approximately 3" up body of jar. Larger with tight curving crack descending from rim to shoulder area, in otherwise excellent condition. H (of smaller) 6 3/4".
