Three Glazed Pottery Spittoons, American, 19th century, a lead-glazed redware example with splashed manganese over a yellow ground; a lead-glazed redware example with streaked manganese over an orange ground; and an Albany-slip-glazed stoneware example. Largest and yellow-and-brown redware example in excellent condition, the redware example with a glazed over base chip. Other redware example with heavy chipping to bottom edge, a 1 1/2" flake to rim, wear to rim, and a scratch to glaze, the underside with kiln scars / clay residue. Dimensions (of largest): 9 3/4" x 5 1/8".
