Two Multi-Glazed Redware Egg Cups, attributed to J. Eberly & Co. or S. Bell & Sons, Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, each of ovoid form on stepped pedestal bases, decorated with copper and cream-colored slip under a clear lead glaze. Taller in very nice condition with an in-the-firing contact mark to shoulder and a very minor worn spot to bottom edge. Shorter in very nice condition with minor chipping to base and minor glaze wear to interior of rim. H (of taller) 3 3/8".
