Two Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, American, second half 19th century, a two-gallon cake crock with slip-trailed bird motif, attributed to Fulper Pottery, Flemington, NJ, fourth quarter 19th century, paired with a four-gallon cylindrical crock with slip-trailed leaf motif below an underscored "4." Cake crock with restoration descending from rim on front and reverse, an unrestored hairline on underside, and a restored rim chip. Four-gallon crock with a chip to interior of rim, a piece of adhered clay to top of rim, and grease staining to surface. H (of larger) 12".
