SUTLIFF, / CHERRY VALLEY, N. Y.," circa 1855; paired with a two-gallon jug with slip-trailed foliate motif, stamped "E & L P NORTON / BENNINGTON VT.," circa 1870. Taller with a chip to bottom edge, felt on underside, a metal lamp fixture on interior, small spout chips, some light staining, and a salt drip to front. Shorter with shallow chips to top of spout, minor staining, and minor in-the-firing fissures to underside. H (of taller) 14".
