Three Stoneware Vessels with Cobalt Script Advertising, Northeastern U.S. origin, second half 19th century, a three-gallon crock marked "FULPER BROS. / FLEMINGTON, N.J." with the cobalt-script advertising, "John Kennedy / Elmira / N.Y.;" a one-gallon jug marked "WEST TROY / N.Y. / POTTERY" with the cobalt-script advertising, "E. Mathias & Co. / 4 Church St. / Amsterdam;" a one-gallon jug with the cobalt-script advertising, "M. Shuhan / 353 River St. / Troy, NY." Fulper crock with rim chips, scattered light flaking, and a short hairline from rim. Both jugs in excellent condition with minor wear including firing flaws. Amsterdam jug with staining. H (of tallest) 11 1/2".
