NORTON & CO. / WORCESTER, MASS.," circa 1858-1877, cylindrical jug with semi-rounded spout, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a crested bird with long tail, perched on a stylized branch. Cobalt accent to maker's mark. A 5/8" plugged hole in underside. Two glazed-over, in-the-firing iron pings at base on reverse. H 11 1/4".
