Small-Sized Glazed Redware Jug, New England origin, first half 19th century, ovoid jug with footed base, tooled shoulder, and short, semi-rounded spout, the surface covered in a heavy lead glaze with green coloration and orange-and-red spotting. A small area of wear to edge of handle and some wear to interior of spout. One small base chip. H 5 1/2".
