Very Rare Glazed Redware Puzzle Mug, Stamped "C. BACH," Allentown, PA origin, circa 1890, ovoid form with footed base, hollowed handle, and tall collar featuring carved slots and piercings, the surface decorated with splashed manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Impressed with the maker's mark of Charles W. Bach on front. A scarce form in 19th century American pottery.
