Glazed Redware Mug, attributed to Jacob Heart, Chambersburg, PA, circa 1840, cylindrical mug with footed base and rounded rim and handle, decorated with coggled treatments to the midsection, base, and handle. Surface decorated with splashed manganese under a clear lead glaze. Chipping and wear to rim. Surface wear to handle. Some light surface wear to coggling at midsection and base. H 3 5/8".
