Glazed Redware Mug, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO'," PA origin, circa 1850-1880, cylindrical mug with footed base, tooled rim, and ribbed handle, decorated with manganese sponging under a heavy lead glaze. Impressed with John Bell maker's mark on underside. Small rim chips. Wear to rim. A 3" hairline from rim. Minor wear to handle. H 4 1/4".
