Tanware Pitcher, Greensboro or New Geneva, PA origin, circa 1885, ovoid pitcher with tall, flaring collar, Albany-slip-decorated around the body with a brushed fuchsia vine design. Drape decoration to rim and dashed decoration to base of collar. Dash decoration to handle and highlights to handle terminals. Provenance: Morphy Auctions, August 30, 2014, lot 921. A small spout chip and in-the-firing contact mark to handle. H 6".
