Salt-Glazed Stoneware Bank, Incised "135," attributed to J. Swank & Co., Johnstown, PA, circa 1875, ovoid bank with tooled shoulder, button-like finial, and carved slot at shoulder, underscored by the number "135." Numbered banks of this style were reportedly made at the Swank Pottery for local church members. Chips to finial. Otherwise excellent condition. H 4".
