Stoneware Canning Jar with Cobalt Stripe Decoration, Western PA origin, circa 1880, semi-ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, decorated with five freehand stripes. A small rim chip on reverse. Two minor nicks to inner wax sealer rim. Iron deposit on front. H 8 1/2".
