×Two Stoneware Jars with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to the Parr Family, Baltimore, MD, circa 1825, a two-gallon ovoid jar with brushed handle-to-handle floral motifs on the front and reverse and foliate motifs below each handle, paired with a three-gallon jar with horizontal tulip motifs on the front and reverse. Smaller with out-of-round rim, a 3/4" glazed-over flake to interior of rim, a minor chip to end of one handle, a few in-the-firing contact marks, and some minor wear to cobalt. Larger with small base chips and a thin 8" crack below one handle. H (of smaller) 12 1/2".
