Very Rare Plaster Miniature Jug Mold with Thirteen Miniature Pottery Jugs, attributed to Speese & Son, Gettysburg, PA, late 19th century, two-piece plaster miniature jug mold with four miniature jugs and one gemel jug produced from it, all stamped "GETTYSBURG / JULY, 1, 2, 3, 63," along with an additional unmarked gemel jug, all attributed to Speese & Son, Gettysburg, PA. Three of the jugs include their original red, white, and blue ribbons. Lot also includes seven miniature Albany-slip-glazed stoneware jugs. One "GETTYSBURG" jug missing handle. One handle missing on one "GETTYSBURG" gemel. One handle missing on one Albany-slip-glazed stoneware jug. Mold and all other jugs in otherwise excellent condition. Dimensions (of mold): 1 3/4" x 1 5/8" ; H (of stamped jugs) approx. 7/8".
