Slip-Decorated Redware Loaf Dish, PA origin, late 18th or early 19th century, oval form with coggled edge, the lead-glazed interior decorated with wavy and combed trails of yellow slip and five sponged daubs of copper. Provenance: A prominent Mid-Atlantic collection. Areas of restoration. L 13 3/4".
