Large-Sized Slip-Decorated Redware Loaf Dish, PA origin, second quarter 19th century, oval form with coggled edge, the lead-glazed interior decorated four groups of wavy trails of yellow slip. Provenance: A prominent Mid-Atlantic collection. Areas of restoration to rim. Some restoration to interior. A rim chip on reverse. L 18 1/4".
