Slip-Decorated Redware Loaf Dish, PA origin, second quarter 19th century, oblong form with rounded corners and coggled edge, the lead-glazed interior decorated in yellow slip with a wavy trail flanked by H-shaped motifs. Provenance: A prominent Mid-Atlantic collection. A 2 1/4" rim flake and additional smaller flakes and chips to rim. L 15 3/4".
