Multi-Glazed Redware Cream Pitcher, attributed to J. Eberly & Co. or S. Bell & Sons, Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, ovoid form with footed base and short, flaring collar, the lead-glazed surface decorated with copper, manganese, and cream-colored slip. A Y-shaped line across underside, leading to two other Y-shaped lines at base, a diagonal line at base, and a very short line at base. A small in-the-firing contact mark to spout. H 5 5/8".
