Half-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "W.H. LEHEW & CO. / STRASBURG, VA," circa 1870, vasiform pitcher with tooled shoulder, decorated with a vertically-brushed tulip on the front and highlights to the handle terminals. Provenance: From a forty-five year VA collection. Desirable size and exceptional condition. Excellent condition with minor surface wear. H 8 3/8".
