Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Incised Floral Decoration, NY State origin, early 19th century, ovoid jug with tooled shoulder and rounded spout, decorated with an incised and cobalt-highlighted daisy motif. Brushed cobalt accents to handle terminals. A 3" Y-shaped crack on underside, continuing up reverse and onto proper left side of jug. A large, tight spider crack bottom half of jug on front/proper left side. H 14 1/2".
