Three Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, Greensboro, PA origin, circa 1875, two two-gallon jars with freehand stripe and stenciled decorations, stenciled "HAMILTON & JONES / GREENSBORO. PA," together with a one-and-a-half-gallon jar with freehand stripe and stenciled decorations, stenciled "JAS. HAMILTON & CO. / GREENSBORO. PA." Tulip-decorated Hamilton & Jones jar with some light wear to cobalt, a small in-the-firing ping to front, and some light water glass staining. Other Hamilton & Jones jar two-gallon jar with a 2 3/4" loss to rim and a 3" line on underside, forming a curving line at base. James Hamilton jar has an out-of-round rim and some staining. H (of taller jars) 11 3/4".
