Rare Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Butter Crock, Stenciled "A. CONRAD / NEW GENEVA / PA," circa 1875, small-sized cylindrical crock with semi-rounded rim, featuring Alexander Conrad maker's stenciling surrounded by scrolled and fanned stenciling with other stenciled flourishes. Base chip on reverse. Otherwise excellent, as-made condition. H 5" ; Diameter 5 3/4".
