Two-Gallon "HAXSTUN, OTTMAN & CO. / FORT EDWARD N.Y." Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Bird Decoration, circa 1870, cylindrical jug with tapered spout, the front decorated with a slip-trailed design of a crested bird with fan-shaped tail, perched on a stylized tree branch. Excellent condition with minor chip to rear of spout. H 13".
