Scarce Large-Sized Multi-Glazed Redware Mug, attributed to J. Eberly & Co., Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, ovoid mug decorated with splashes of copper and manganese under a clear lead glaze. Exceptional size. Flakes to interior base. Wear to rim. Light wear to handle. A small flaked area to base on reverse. H 5 3/8".
