Rare Moravian Manganese-Glazed Redware Flask, Salem, NC origin, late 18th or early 19th century, round, flattened form with elongated spout and rounded mouth, decorated on each side with incised circular details. Surface covered in a brown lead-and-manganese glaze. A few flakes to body on one side. One flake to body on opposing side. A few glaze flakes to base. Wear to spout. H 6 1/4".
