Two-and-a-Half-Gallon Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jug, Stamped "WB," Washington Becham, Crawford County, GA, second half 19th century, ovoid jug with short, tapering spout, the surface covered in a mottled light-to-dark brown alkaline glaze. Impressed with deep Washington Becham maker's mark on handle. A few small spout chips. A minor in-the-firing ping at base. H 13 1/2".
