Extremely Rare Stoneware Bedpan with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1850, short, wide form with rounded sides and applied tubular spout, brush-decorated five fan-shaped flowers around the body and a band of cobalt around the base of the spout. The only intact Baltimore stoneware bedpan that we have seen. Excellent condition with a minor spout chip. L 12 1/2".
