Fine Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Presentation Pitcher with Incised Decoration, Dated 1899, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, 1899, ovoid pitcher with coggled banding to rim area and base of collar, the front featuring the incised name and date, "Anna Kudrna / 1899," flanked by incised foliate motifs. Original piercing to handle. Surface covered in Bristol slip and decorated with cobalt highlights. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 9 1/2".
