Unusual Albany-Slip-Glazed Stoneware Egg Whimsey, probably OH origin, circa 1885, sculpture of an egg with Albany slip coating and chip-carved decoration throughout. Essentially as-made condition with two in-the-firing contact marks as some glaze spalling. L 3".
