Small-Sized Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Swag Decoration, American, circa 1825, ovoid jug with tooled spout and ribbed handle, brush-decorated with a series of swags around the shoulder. A chip and nick to handle. A glazed-over 7/8" base chip. A tiny chip to top of spout. A small in-the-firing line to underside. Mottling and a few minor in-the-firing flaws to surface. H 8 1/2".
