Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Vessels, Donaghho Pottery, Parkersburg, WV, 1875-1890, one churn of cylindrical form with flared collar and applied lug handles, stenciled, "A. P. DONAGHHO / Parkersburg, W. Va," with bands of elaborate geometric stenciling; together with semi-ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, applied lug handles, and semi-rounded rim, stenciled "DONAGHHO CO. / PARKERSBURG" below a stenciled "6" flanked by pyramidal spots. Churn with 1 3/4" shallow interior rim chip, 7" crack from rim on reverse, chipping to collar, large chips to handles, thin cracks at base. Jar with thin hairline cracks, base chips, and small chips to handle. H (of churn) 18".
