Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, Greensboro, PA origin, circa 1880-1885, one one-gallon jar of cylindrical form, stenciled "T.F. REPPERT. / MANUFACTURER / GREENSBORO / PA.," and one jar of tapering form with "wax sealer" rim, stenciled "WILLIAMS & REPPERT / GREENSBORO. / PA." with stenciled flourishes. Reppert jar with wear and glaze anomalies to rim, small chips to shoulder, surface wear, and some fry to cobalt. Williams & Reppert jar with chips to rim, glaze drip on reverse, some surface wear, and light fry to cobalt. H (of largest jar) 10"
