Five Pieces of Utilitarian Stoneware, 19th century, a mortar, probably Southern origin; a small alkaline-glazed jar, probably Buncombe County, NC; an open-handled jar with salt glaze, probably German; an undecorated and unmarked ovoid jar with salt glaze, Central PA origin; and an Albany-slip-glazed crock, stamped "N.A. WHITE & SON / UTICA, N.Y." Open-handled jar with rim and base chips and hairlines. Rim chips to other salt-glazed jar. All in otherwise excellent condition. H (of alkaline-glazed jar) 6 5/8".
