Three Pieces of Rockingham-Glazed Pottery, American, mid to late 19th century, an unusual teapot with two-sided figural decoration, embossed "JAPANESE;" a hound-handled hunt scene pitcher with spattered manganese decoration over an orange ground; and a second pitcher with twig handle, depicting a classically-dressed woman with lyre, flanked by grape vines. Teapot with cracks on underside extending onto base area, a small chip to interior of rim, a tiny nick to tip of spout, a minor base chip, some minor wear to underside, and a chip to thumbrest. Teapot lid with reglued finial, and a chip and minor nicks to underside along rim. Hunt scene pitcher with a small chip and wear to spout, two spots of wear to hound's head, small chips to horizontal molding around body, and some small chips and in-the-firing pings to relief decoration. Other pitcher with scuffs to glaze along its belly, in otherwise excellent condition. H (of tallest) 10 1/2".
