Three Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, Northeastern U.S. origin, second half 19th century, a two-gallon jar with brushed floral decoration, stamped "PRUDEN & OLCOTT, / 185 DUANE-ST-N.Y.," circa 1870; a three-gallon crock with brushed floral decoration, stamped "A.O. WHITTEMORE / HAVANA, N.Y.," circa 1875; and a four-gallon cooler with slip-trailed floral decoration, stamped "GATE CITY / STONE WATER / COOLER." Pruden & Olcott jar with a 1 3/8" rim chip on reverse and other smaller rim chips, short lines at base, small chips and wear to inner rim for lid, two small chips to one handle, a thin 3 1/2" crack from rim on front, and staining. Whittemore crock with a base chip, crazing throughout one side and reverse, and staining. Cooler with significant restoration, not affecting decoration, and water glass staining to interior.
