Two Miniature Pottery Jars, Shenandoah Valley of VA origin, mid 19th century, an ovoid, salt-glazed stoneware jar with semi-rounded rim, Rockingham County, VA origin; paired with an ovoid, lead-glazed redware jar, New Market, VA origin. Stoneware jar with long hairline from rim and old whitish residue to interior of rim. Redware jar with surface flakes throughout. H (of shorter) 2 7/8".
