Fine Multi-Glazed Redware Cream Pitcher, attributed to S. Bell & Sons or J. Eberly & Co., Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, ovoid pitcher with footed base, tooled shoulder, and flared collar, the surface coated in cream-colored slip, decorated with splashed copper and manganese, and covered in a clear lead glaze. Excellent color. Base chips. Small flakes to rim and spout. A small flake to top of handle. A small flake to shoulder. H 6 7/8".
