One-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Slip-Trailed Cobalt Decoration, attributed to William Morgan, possibly with Thomas Amoss, Baltimore, MD, circa 1820, ovoid pitcher with footed base, decorated around the body with a slip-trailed design of draped stems bearing daisies, each with emanating stylized flower above. Wavy slip-trailed line to rim. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Restored handle. Restoration to section of spout and areas of collar. H 10 3/4".
