Glazed Stoneware Face Ewer, late 19th or 20th century, wheel-thrown, ovoid form with bulbous head and relief face, the surface covered in a purplish glaze. Excellent condition with a small, glazed-over rim chip, a small in-the-firing ping to midsection, minor wear to rim and handle, and minor chipping to base. H 9 3/4".
