Two Stoneware Jugs with Coggled Decoration, attributed to Branch Green, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1820, both of ovoid form with tooled spouts, a one-gallon example with coggled fish-and-berry motif, stamped "RUM," paired with a two-gallon example with coggled bird-and-leaf motif, stamped "WINE." Brushed cobalt bands to coggling. Shorter jug with restoration throughout, including a restored crack(?) to bent handle, as well as an unrestored spout chip, contact marks to surface, and staining. Larger jug with base chips and a restored section to spout. H (of shorter)10 1/2
